The products behind the finish.
When you hand us your keys, you deserve to know exactly what is going on your car. Every product in our kit was selected for its performance, its safety record, and the standard of results it delivers. We do not use consumer-grade alternatives, we do not cut corners on chemistry, and we do not reach for whatever is cheapest. What follows is a complete, honest breakdown of what we use and why.
How we wash
Nano Magic Shampoo
Our primary hand wash shampoo. Nano Magic is pH-neutral and safe on all paint types including ceramic coatings and wraps. We wash every car using the two-bucket method with a clean microfiber mitt — one bucket for the shampoo solution, one for rinsing the mitt clean between passes. This method eliminates the cross-contamination that causes swirl marks during washing. It is the standard we hold on every service, not a premium option.
Gentle Snow Foam
Before we ever touch your paint, Gentle Snow Foam goes on first. Applied through a foam cannon from top to bottom on a cool, dry surface, it dwells for three to five minutes to loosen surface contamination before we make contact. This pre-wash stage removes the loose dirt and grit that would otherwise drag across your paint during the wash. It is the step that separates a professional wash from one that creates damage while it cleans.
Active Foam
Used on heavily soiled vehicles and as a secondary pre-wash on lower panels where road film and brake dust accumulate. Active Foam is a stronger formulation than Gentle Snow Foam and is agitated with a soft brush on stubborn areas before rinsing. We use it on Ultra Luxe services and on any vehicle that arrives with significant surface buildup.
Ceramic G Wash and G Wash
After decontamination on our Ultra Luxe service, we switch to Ceramic G Wash for vehicles with existing ceramic coatings. It deposits a light layer of SiO2 with every wash to top up coating protection rather than stripping it. G Wash is our ceramic-safe shampoo for vehicles without a coating. Both are formulated to clean without compromising any protection already on the paint.
How we decontaminate
Reactive Rust Remover
Bonded iron particles from brake dust and road debris embed themselves in paint over time and are invisible to the naked eye. Reactive Rust Remover is sprayed onto the paint and wheels, and the purple color change confirms iron is dissolving out of the surface. We dwell for three to five minutes, then rinse. This step is part of our Ultra Luxe decontamination stage and is performed before any correction or sealant work. You cannot properly seal or wax paint that still has contamination bonded to it.
Iron Removing Cleaner
A complementary iron and fallout remover used alongside Reactive Rust Remover for thorough paint decontamination. Together they address the full range of metallic contamination that accumulates on paint, glass, and wheels over time. This two-stage approach is what makes Ultra Luxe a genuine restoration rather than a surface-level clean.
Bug Remover
Insect splatter contains proteins that bond to paint and become increasingly difficult to remove as they bake in heat and UV exposure. Bug Remover is applied to cool surfaces and dwells for two to three minutes to dissolve those protein bonds before we wipe or rinse. We use it on every service that includes exterior cleaning.
Tar and Glue Remover
Road tar, adhesive residue, and stubborn surface deposits that survive a pre-wash are treated with Tar and Glue Remover. Applied directly to the affected area, dwelled briefly, and wiped gently. We follow with a wash to remove any residue. Used on Luxe Shine and Ultra Luxe services on lower panels and any area with visible tar accumulation.
Water Spot Remover
When mineral deposits from water exposure have left visible spots on paint or glass, Water Spot Remover dissolves them at the surface level. Applied with an applicator, spread gently, lightly buffed, then rinsed. We protect the treated area with a quick detailer or wax afterward to restore the surface. Available as part of our add-on services.
How we protect the paint
Hartwachs hard wax
The foundation of our Ultra Luxe paint protection. Hartwachs is applied in a thin, even coat panel by panel, allowed to cure to a haze, then buffed with a quality microfiber. It delivers a deep wet-look gloss that enhances the visual depth of the paint before the outer sealant layer goes on. This is not a spray-and-wipe product. It is worked properly, one panel at a time.
Protector Wax
Our exterior sealant used on both Luxe Shine and Ultra Luxe services. Applied with a foam applicator, allowed to haze for one to three minutes, then buffed off with a plush microfiber. Protector Wax creates a hydrophobic layer with strong water beading and provides exterior protection that holds for up to two to three months on Luxe Shine services. On Ultra Luxe, it is applied over Hartwachs as the outer protective layer, extending durability to six to eight months.
Finish Spray FSE
A gloss-enhancing finishing spray applied after the wash stage on Express Shine and as a final touch on Luxe Shine services. Sprayed lightly onto clean, dry paint and buffed with a plush microfiber, FSE adds gloss and a light protective finish. It is the last step that gives the paint its polished, just-detailed appearance.
Panel Wipe
Before any coating or wax is applied on Ultra Luxe services, Panel Wipe removes polish oils and surface residues that would prevent proper bonding. Applied with a microfiber in straight passes and allowed to flash off before coating work begins. This step is non-negotiable before sealant application and is what ensures the protection bonds to the paint rather than sitting on top of contamination.
How we correct the paint
Fine Cut
Used with a DA polisher and foam finishing pad to remove light swirl marks and surface haze. Applied in small amounts, spread at low speed, worked at medium speed until clear, then followed with Finish Spray FSE or wax. Fine Cut is the refining step after heavier correction work and the go-to product for vehicles with light paint imperfections.
Micro Cut
Used with a DA polisher and medium cut pad for moderate scratches and oxidation that Fine Cut alone cannot address. After correction with Micro Cut, we refine with Fine Cut to restore clarity and smoothness. Paint correction work is available as part of our Ultra Luxe service and as an add-on where needed.
How we finish the wheels and tires
Magic Wheel Cleaner
Applied to wheels on every service tier. Magic Wheel Cleaner produces a thick, foamy lather and agitates brake dust, grime, and road film from the wheel face, spokes, and barrel. We rinse fully after dwell time. Clean wheels are part of every complete detail we perform.
Durable Tyre Gel
Applied with a foam applicator to clean, dry tire sidewalls on Luxe Shine and Ultra Luxe services. Durable Tyre Gel bonds to the rubber and provides a satin-to-gloss finish that resists sling — the product will not flick onto your paint when the vehicle moves. We allow ten to fifteen minutes of bond time before the vehicle is moved.
Magic Blue Tire
An anti-browning tire formula applied on Ultra Luxe services over Durable Tyre Gel. Magic Blue Tire keeps tires looking clean and fresh for longer by preventing the oxidation and browning that makes tires look aged. The result is a tire that holds its appearance between services rather than browning within days.
How we clean the interior
Pol Star
Our primary interior surface cleaner for plastics, leather, vinyl, and fabric. Sprayed lightly onto the surface, agitated with a soft brush or microfiber, and wiped dry. Pol Star is gentle enough for dashboards and infotainment surrounds and does not leave a greasy residue. We use it throughout the interior on every Luxe Shine and Ultra Luxe service.
Allround Surface Cleaner
Used on surfaces that require a residue-free finish: screens, piano black trim, leather details, and any area where Pol Star's formulation would be too heavy. Allround Surface Cleaner leaves no residue and is safe on all sensitive interior surfaces. We use it wherever precision matters.
Top Star
Applied to interior trim, dashboard plastics, and all interior plastic surfaces. Top Star restores a natural matte-satin finish rather than a glossy, artificial shine. It includes UV protection to prevent fading and cracking over time. We apply it sparingly with a foam applicator, work it into the surface, and buff to finish. Less product applied correctly produces a better result than a heavy-handed coat.
Plast Star
Used on exterior plastic cladding, bumpers, and trim on Ultra Luxe services. Plast Star is silicone-free, which means it is safe to apply near correction areas without contaminating the paint. It restores a deep black finish to trim that has faded or greyed from UV exposure. Applied to the exterior trim, spread evenly, and buffed to a clean finish.
Gummifix
Applied to door seals, trunk seals, and rubber trim to condition the rubber and prevent cracking and sticking. We work it thoroughly into the seal material with an applicator. Gummifix is not used on tires. It is the detail that protects the parts of your car most people overlook until they start to fail.
Xpress Interior Cleaner
A quick-drying multi-surface interior cleaner used for maintenance cleaning and for any surfaces that need a lighter touch between deep clean stages. Safe on plastic, leather, vinyl, and fabric.
How we clean the glass
Glass Cleaner and Perfect Glass
We use two dedicated glass cleaning products depending on the service and surface. Glass Cleaner CC is applied to interior and exterior glass using overlapping passes, buffed with a second dry towel for a streak-free finish. Perfect Glass is used on exterior glass and is formulated to be streak-free on both tinted and non-tinted windows. Both products are applied using the two-towel method — one to clean, one to buff dry. We do not use all-purpose cleaners on glass.
Purified Water. Every Service.
We use purified water on every service. Most mobile detailers use tap water. We do not. Tap water contains dissolved minerals that leave water spots and cause micro-damage on paint, glass, and trim surfaces — especially in North Texas heat and direct sun exposure. We use deionized or purified water on every rinse so that nothing we leave behind works against the finish we just spent time building. It is a standard we hold across every service at every location.
It is a detail most customers never think about. We think about it every time.

Products and Process Questions
What products do you use?
We use Koch Chemie products across all of our services, supported by Gtechniq and 3D Products on specific tiers. Our wash products include Nano Magic Shampoo, Gentle Snow Foam, and Active Foam. Decontamination work uses Reactive Rust Remover and Iron Removing Cleaner. We protect paint with Hartwachs hard wax and Protector Wax. Interior surfaces are cleaned with Pol Star, Allround Surface Cleaner, and Top Star. Wheels are cleaned with Magic Wheel Cleaner and tires are finished with Durable Tyre Gel and Magic Blue Tire. Every product was selected for its performance, its paint safety, and the standard of result it delivers. You can see the full breakdown on our Products page.
Why does it matter what products a detailer uses?
Consumer-grade or improperly formulated products can dull paint, strip existing coatings, leave residues, or cause micro-damage over time. Professional formulations are pH-tested, coating-safe, and engineered to work in sequence with each other — the pre-wash loosens what the shampoo removes, the decontamination stage clears what the wash cannot reach, and the sealant bonds to a properly prepared surface. When products are chosen carelessly or applied without sequence, the result looks fine on the day and deteriorates faster than it should. We choose every product in our kit deliberately and use each one in its correct order.
Are your services full details or quick wipe-downs?
Full details. Every service we perform is worked surface by surface, panel by panel, from start to finish. We do not do wipe-downs. Express Shine is a complete exterior service. Luxe Shine is a complete interior and exterior service. Ultra Luxe is a full concierge restoration. The difference between tiers is the scope of what we address and the depth of products applied — not the level of care we bring to the work. We take our time on every car, every service, every time.
